We literally found Fiesta Grill by accident on NC-54 west of Chapel Hill/Carrboro, NC.
Those claiming this to be the best Mexican Restaurant in the area are blatantly guilty of gross understatement.
This is quite probably the best Mexican Restaurant in five or six states.
It is literally hidden off the side of the road, in an inconspicuous building next to a gas station -- WAY OUT IN THE COUNTRY.
The owners run the show. and regulars expect a big hug from one or both of this fabulous couple.
No matter your favorite Mexican dish, they can prepare it to perfection.
No distilled drinks, but the beer list is complete and they produce awesome wine mixtures.
I can't say yet what my favorite dish is, my partner and I have only gotten through about half of the menu.
He has one complaint, "No sopapillas, with warm butter and honey."
    We're working on that one.
In some regions, "sopapillas" are "banuelos."
Warning ladies, don't flirt with the young male waiters, they flirt back
