User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe decided to eat here while in town for a conference, because my husband wanted something Mediterranean, and this was close by. We found ourselves very pleasantly surprised. Service was friendly and prompt. We got complimentary bread with herb oil to dip it in first, then for our appetizers we got a cheese plate and some Tabbouleh. Both were very good, and fresh tasting. Then for our main course we both ordered the 'Iskender', which is doner kebab lamb on top of cubed Turkish bread, with some kind of fresh tomato sauce and homemade yogurt. Truly outstanding! For dessert we got the best Baklava we've EVER had, the dough was fresh and warm. My husband also had the Turkish coffee, which he said was very strong, with lots of coffee grounds but that's the way it should be I guess! This restaurant made us wish we lived in Chapel Hill, this easily beats any other Turkish/Mediterranean place we've ever eaten at.
