We finally got to Chili's when there wasn't a line. Nicholas, our server was great, trio platter was great. Price was good, but our server made the difference. Best we have had at Chili's in long time.
Management is doing something right. All good!!!
RECENTLY SOME FRIENDS AND I WENT TO THIS RESTURANT FOR LUNCH. WE ALL LOVE THE FOOD THERE BUT THIS TIME I HAVE TO SAY WE WERE QUITE DISSAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE. WHEN WE WALKED IN THE DOOR THE HOSTESS WAS NOT VERY HAPPY AND YOU COULD CERTAINLY TELL IT. IT TOOK A WHILE TO GET OUR DRINKS AND THEN EVEN LONGER TO GET OUR FOOD. WE GOT THERE AT 11:45 AND IT WAS 1:00 BEFORE WE WERE SERVED. NORMALLY WE WOULD JUST SAY THEY WERE JUST BUSY BUT THIS WAS NOT THE CASE THAT DAY. WE SAT THERE PATIENTLY WAITING AND KNOWING SOME OF US HAD TO BE AT ANOTHER MEETING AT 1:30. SO SOME OF US HAD VERY LITTLE TIME TO EAT . THE MANAGER CAME OUT AND APOLOGIZED AND BEGAN TO ARGUE WITH US WHEN WE TOLD HIM HOW LONG IT HAD BEEN. THEN HE WENT AND GOT US $5.00 COUPONS OFF . WE ASSUMED HE HAD MEANT TO GIVE EACH OF US ONE SO WE KINDLY TOLD HIM WE NEEDED ONE MORE. WHEN WE DID HE CAME BACK AND THREW TWO MORE ON THE TABLE. I TOLD HIM SIR ALL WE ASK FOR WAS ONE AND YOU DID NOT NEED TO THROW THEM AT US. HE APOLOGIZED BUT I STILL FELT THAT WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL ON HIS PART. THE FOOD WAS GOOD BUT I FELT YOU NEEDED TO KNOW THIS SO THAT MAYBE THE MANAGER WILL THINK TWICE ABOUT HOW HE CONDUCTS HIS SELF. AFTER ALL IF THIS CONTINUES HE WILL NOT HAVE ANY CUSTOMERS AND YOU WILL LOOSE MONEY. THE TABLE BEHIND US HAD THE VERY SAME PROBLEM AND COMMENTED ON IT TO US AS WE WALKED OUT HE DOOR.
