User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsTold me my car would be a dealer trade and would be there between 3-4pm. Arrived at 3pm and salesman stated he expected the vehicle to be here any minute. 3 1/2 hours later the salesman stated they never made the trade and he would deliver the car tonight if we do the paperwork now (6:30pm). The dealer participates but refused to give me the GM Supplier Discount. They then refused me conquest money and the money off for being a credit union member. Bottom line they wanted me to pay $150.00 under sticker. Through the process I learned the salesman did not know the difference between dealer invoice and dealer cost. If I was not well versed I would have paid nearly sticker and the dealer would have kept all of the discounts and cash incentives. Buyer Beware!!!!
