   The Chinese dishes were quite yummy; the sushi nigiri was average; fresh enough but very small. Servers were efficient and attentive. Not bad at all, not super memorable. I give it 3.5 stars.

   The food is great, but what a place! Everything is beautiful. Very elegant. Fun to look at all the design and decor elements while you dine.

   My girlfriend and I ordered our usual sushi dishes and were unpleasantly surpised when we went to sign for the bill during the delivery. The sushi deluxe had increased in price by $4.50 and the other 3 dishes had increased by $1.50 each. Also, there was a "gas-surcharge" of $2.50 that is now added to all deliveries. We were not informed of the new gas surcharge when placing our order. We can all agree that the cost of doing business these days has gone up but the increase in prices are excessive and we will no longer be ordering from Quan's.
