After having lived in The Triangle for 13 years we finally visited Lily's two years ago. Haven't been to another joint since.
Before moving here we lived an hour away from the famous John's on Bleecker Street in Greenwich Village and would go thru an insane hassle to get there for a great pie.
Well, Lily's is incomparable and is miles ahead of John's.
I agree with the fellow [only a ** rating] who said the sauce didn't cover the dough sufficiently. From that time on, I ask them to cover the whole diameter and guess what.
NO problem. They do as I ask.
