User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsLove this resturant, it is wonderful, and is owned by a great family. The have some of the best food around. If you are ever out on durant rd. in raleigh, you need to stop there and grab you a bite to eat. Do not bother with the Bella italia in Wake Forest, they sold it and as long as the new owner is still paying for it, the name has to stay Bella. It is a shame to have lost such a fine resturant in WF, but Durant Rd. is not far up the road and well worth the travel.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI was born,raised, and lived most of my life on one side or the other of Manhattan and Brooklyn. I know what good Italian food is supposed to taste like, and Bella Italia is the best in Raleigh. I literally had to stop going there very often because I was gaining too much weight!
I haven't found anything that's bad there. I have tried some other Italian restaurants in the area, and they don't measure up. Heck, the Latino cooks in the back even speak Italian! If they delivered, they'd be perfect. they do have an online ordering service.
Now if I could only find some good Chinese food...-

Bella Italia has the best pizza in Raleigh. Casa Linga is good, and I heard Gianni and Gaitano's is, but I've never had a reason to try anything else besides Bella Italia.
