    We are Platinum Marriott members and only stay at Marriot Hotels. We had 2 pillow cases that were dirty (one with makeup and the other, mystery...) One of our towles had a dark red stain on it, I do not even want to speculate what it was, but the intensity of the stain was because the towel could not have gone thru the wash. Ewwwe! We complained and I had to ask again to have alllll the linens changed. This is not the typical response for Marriott. Microwave did not work well at all, TV was "old school" and some of the channels the sound would go in and out. The hallway looked like it is vacuumed maybe, monthly. Gross! Our last stay here!
