Great Food and Service: I was with a group for business and we all had great meals from seafood to traditional. Will go back when I'm in town again.

Love the Setting: This was the 5th time we've been to Tosca and the 1st time we've been alone. We were celebrating my husband's recent promotion, he felt like Italian, so we headed to Tosca. We love the setting (old tobacco warehouse) and the decor. The food is usually very good and it didn't disappoint this time around. The lentil and salami soup was outstanding as was the bread; nice and chewy Tuscan-style. I didn't much care for all of the cheese in the dipping sauce and opted for straight olive oil. We ordered an excellent Chianti (for $72/bottle, it SHOULD be excellent!) and the rigatoni with Italian sausage and ricotta. Huge portions; we took home enough for another meal, easy. Too full for dessert and besides nothing much grabbed us there. Our server was friendly but rushed us a bit up front (she kept trying to take my husband's dishes away before he was done and she took away my glass of prosecco even though I had another sip or two left) and was too slow in bringing the check. Also, she brought the wrong wine glasses (too small); the maitre'd brought the correct size ones when he opened the wine, and she dribbled some of our precioius vino three separate times. My guess is that she might have been new.
Still, we'll definitely go back at some point.
