Very disappointed in this company. They had to order a part for our Honda car. They never called us to let us know it came in. When we called the service person showed no interest in determining if the part had actually come in. Then after we had scheduled the repair we got a postcard in the mail saying "you'd better get your part or we'll send it back". They don't even know what's going on at their own business!
Worst service ever!!!!! I have never gotten my car back without something worse being broken. I have been inconvenienced by Leith BMW countless times and I refuse to ever buy a car from them again!!!! I wish i could give 0 stars.
Helpful: until you drive your new car off the lot: I have to admit that Leith often has the best prices in the area. I have bought 4 vehicles from them. (Though I'm about to buy one from Crown Honda and they promise to meet or beat any offer and, at least for me, the difference I'm getting from Leith makes it worth the drive).
However, service is another issue. I had bought a 2004 Honda CR-V and had a lot of problems with the car in the first year. The AC went out within a few months and it took 3 visits to service shop to get it right. I tried to get a loaner vehicle on attempts 2 and 3 because a) there shouldn't have been problems with the AC and b) the car was brand new. I had them install aftermarket leather seats and the leather started coming about within a week of it getting installed and they said they couldn't fix it. At the time, the person who I would deal with on the phone (wanna say her name was Ginger) was rude as all get out. I was very disappointed in both the car (I am a loyal honda customer) and the fact that they did a very poor job of trying to make it right. So if your car is up to Honda standards, I guess you'll be ok. However, if you have any problems with it, don't count on any courtesy or sympathy from Leith. Take it to Crown Honda and they will go above and beyond to make it right -- even when you didn't even buy the vehicle there in the first place.
