User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsOkay, so I see it's not just me. I will go to Studio Plus in a hot minute for a shampoo and roller set. But I do not trust them to do perms or cuts. I have had some good experiences with stylists there and some awful experiences with stylists there. I really don't like the fact that 90% of the stylists have no interest in providing a little thing called "customer service." All those stylists are interested in is how many customers they can get in their chair and how much money they can get in their pocket. Seriously, I understand having to put money in your pocket and food on your table but would it kill you to say, "hello, my name is (blank), how can I help you?" instead of just walking up to people, baring looking at them and saying, '"whatcha gettin?" Also, let me get this off my chest while I'm at it. What gives them the right to cut off all of somebody's hair when you go in for a shampoo and roller set but they don't think you're hair is going to look good if they just roller set it like you ask them to so they just arbitrarily decide to "trim" it and you walk out almost bald? Hair is serious business and it's especially serious to the person whose head it's on top of.

I love studio 10 and the people there are the best i love the service there so i started working there. I get comments on my hair all the time on how beautiful it is thank you octavia.vita.lynn when i get my camera i am going to post a pic so you can see the beauty in my hair
