User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBertucci's... for a chain restaurant, Bertucci's is tops. Their brick oven pizza is amazing, when you get the doughballs before your order, be sure and ask for parmesean cheese and add it to the garlic and olive oil for a yummy and free starter. I'd recommend getting a masterpiece with chicken and polpette with fresh garlic and white onions. They're a little pricey, but they aren't Domino's, so you get what you pay for.
They have a wide array of pasta dishes and salads as well, and the atmosphere on a weekend night is busy but not TOO loud. They have a small bar for drinks with a little TV and you can call ahead to be put on the list, if not it's like an hour wait, but you can always patrol the mall first to work off some of the calories you are about to consume ;)
One of my fav's, which is odd for me, considering they're a chain, but they don't have that chain feel. Their fried mozzarella is good too and even their lil chicken wings aren't bad. Go hungry, leave full and with leftovers. If you take the pizza home, OVEN reheat it, nuking it turns it into a floppy rubber thing, ick.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsOverall Good Dining: Bertucci's has a friendly staff and seem to take care of there customers. There have been ups and downs, but seem to acknowledge and rectify the problem. The food is always good and served in a timely manner. As far as the wait, like any other rest. on a Friday or Sat. nite.
