I agree with Rebekah this was a great eating experience. I want everyone to know that they have Japanese food (hibachi), Chinese food like(orange chicken), and Thai food (panang curry, Thai spicy basil). Nice decor inside, great for date night or bring in the family. With new management in place this restaurant is a great addition within 1 mile of south point mall.

This is by far the BEST sushi place to go to in the area! Not only are the prices FANTASTIC, the food is amazing. I live about one mile from ASUKA and I would prefer to drive twenty miles and go to Shiki Sushi than any other place. The sushi is so fresh and the staff is VERY nice. I can not beleive all the negative things I am reading. I have been here over 30 times and I have been treated great every single time and the food is ALWAYS wonderful!

I have to agree a bit with b. gradison here. I just got home from a double date with some friends and we won't be back soon.....

What it so hard about splitting checks that a modern restaurant (that uses a computer based system I might add) can't figure out?

The food was good. The service could have been better. Thank goodness for bussers or we wouldn't have had a good experience at all.

We were seated in the new expanded dining room, which is so loud that it was hard to talk with our friends or the server. A good cloth something or other would catch some of the noise and add a little color in there.

I have been twice in the past and enjoyed it, but that was pre-expansion.

The new focus of that place is all wrong. The evening left us all feeling frustrated. Talking to management doesn't help. But good luck anyway.

I guess it all just comes back to the check splitting thing for me. It took all 4 of us and 2 cellphone calculators to figure out what each party should pay in the end. Which makes us sound like idiots, but you try it sometime and see. With the B1G1 deal it really does get confusing. We figured out that it is much cheaper to go in seperate groups. We could have saved 30 or so dollars if we hadn't been feeling social.
