User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI would consider the Blue Point to be one of the best places on the North Shore of OBX. Food is always very good no matter what you eat. They have a very good wine list. Service is always consistent. Although last year the bartender asked us to leave to make rooom for others when we were finished our meals. When you dropping $400 for dinner and drinks no one should ask that. Reservations a must during the summer season. Great views and atmosphere. You must have dinner here if you are OBX.

Visited here a few years back, and twice on this visit, and the food and casual waterfront setting were all perfect every time.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe Blue Point is an exceptional food serving establishment. Even though it is known for its great seafood, one of my friends got a steak there and he gave us all a piece. We all unanimously decided it was the best steak we had every had.
