User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsThe day taht my girlfriend and I went here for diner, it was packed. Maybe that was because it was on the day of one of their 'First Friday' celebrations. They told us straight up at the door that there'd be a wait, but that they'd do everything in their power to get us. We got lucky because just as we came out of the gallery next door to the cafe, they came to get us.
The cafe is small inside. she and I were trying to eat, and people kept coming over to our table just becasue there were paintings on the wall next to us. It got a bit annoying. But in their defense, the manager (I guess she was the manager) took good care of us. She made sure we were okay and had everything we wanted. And not jsut once or twice, either. She kept an eye on al her customers. She wanted to make sure everyone was happy. That's called customer service.
The prices for the food are outrageous, on the downside. So we got somethign less expensive. I believe we got fajtas or some mexican dish that they served. It was about $8.00 each. And they gave us more than our money's worth on those things. They were really good. But there was so much that we couldn't finish it all. That's not an entirely bad thing.
Overall, despite the crowdedness and the prices for most of the stuff, our experience here was still very good. I just wouldn't recommend anyone go there during one of the city's 'First Friday's.'

Great Cafe: Spectacular Quiche and excellent sandwiches and burgers. The only slight disappointment was the crab and shrimp enchilada - large portion and tasted great, but was skimpy on crab.
Service was excellent and decor is nice. Excellent outdoor seating area available.
Overall highly recommended
