This is the most unique and interesting culinary experience in North Carolina or for that matter, the eastern U.S.. The two owners are as qualified and experienced in the food and beverage industry as any couple in America. Both are potential Master Sommeliers and have worked in some of the largest and finest restaurants in America ... Windows on the World, Blue Fin, and The Borgata Hotel and Casino. The menu has a changing variety of beef, seafood, pork dishes that are unmatched by any regional chefs.
