They'll learn your name, and be glad you came!: Acoustic Coffee is like Cheers - friendly staff, clean facilities, upbeat atmosphere, music centered, and known as the place to gather for the informal, casual environment. I moved here from Florida, and I missed my coffee shop in Flagler Beach. My realtor told me about Acoustic Coffee, and I've found a new "Third Place." I needed to ask someone where things and places were when I first moved here, and the owners of Acoustic Coffee have been very helpful - they know everybody and where everything is. You will never meet better, more friendly people. Their coffee is second to none, and they have freshly baked "goodies" everyday. A variety of musical talent is showcased every Friday evening, with music ranging from folk, bluegrass to gospel. The owners are both talented musicians, as are many locals, and the music is free! Acoustic Coffee recently added an ISP service so that local students, tourists, and daily customers can sit and browse the Internet or check their e-mail. When you come to Edenton, this should be your first stop.
