User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsIt had been over 30 years since I'd seen the OBX, and man has it changed! But, one thing that had not changed at all was the quality of the food at Owen's Restaurant. Nothing but excellent, including the service. My favorite was the Hatteras Clam Chowder, but really our group of 7 did nothing but rave about how each dish was. Looking forward to eating there again, Lord willing.

We were warmly welcomed & put right at ease (despite our casual attire in such an elegant setting). The broiled seafood was so fresh! We will be back.

My family has been going to Owens for 30+ years. Best restaurant in the Outer Banks. Lionel and the staff are amazing, very diverse menu and the filet oscar is the best I've had anywhere.
