    hungry man: The salad bar is good and the food looked fresh. I like the smoked flavor chicken and ribs. The price is good for what you get.

    Pros: they put a good amount of food on your plate

    Cons: not enough locations. we need one in salisbury nc

    The McDonalds of BBQ: I can't believe any self-respecting Carolinian would eat here. With a vast selection of local, authentic, home-grown BBQ joints in every nook and cranny of the state, why would you opt for the over-processed, run-of-the-mill food at Sonny's? The meat is dry, the sauce is un-original and the quantities are puny. I'd recommend steering clear if you truly enjoy good 'que.
