The food is great, the staff is friendly, and it is just has a very home feeling to it. From the wonderful seafood buffet on friday and saturday's to the great tasting chicken, BBQ, and tons of different types of fish. If you have never been you should really go and try it out. A very clean place also.
I give nixon restaurant two thumbs up!
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsThe food is great! I was a little disappointed they removed the boiled shrimp from their lunch menu the last time I visited; but the fried chicken made up for it!! The service is okay and I feel at home. The place is always clean.
Here's the kicker....you can pick up a whole "pig pickin cake!" I normally pick one up for a mere $12 whenever I go. And the barbecue and hush puppies are outstanding!! The tea...wheww...just visit sometimes, you'll agree.
