I can only speak for the breakfast service, but it has been excellent each time I go! Very professional staff, great food, and the best part...I don't smell like greasy hash browns when I leave! :-) Love it and can't wait to go back!

I have had many meals at the Cookhouse and most of them were very good. I ate theree this evening (9/16/09) and was disappointed. I ordered lasagna, salad and corn. the salad came and the lasagna came, but not the corn. The waitress never returned to ask how everything was or to re-fill my beverage. I went to the register and she came and gave me the bill. Wheen ringing up the bill hte woman runing the register did not ask if everthing was all right, so I told her I never got the corn which was on the bill. She took my money, returned my change and said "have a good night". I left. By the time I got home, I felt the manager would like to know about this. I called. the woman who answered the phone said she was the manager. I told her about my experience after noting that I have eaten many good meals there. She asked several questions which I answered and said something which i did not understand, then hung up the phone.
I feel my complaint was not takes seriously, and I will definitely find somewhere else to eat in the future.
Needless to say, I did not tip for the service.....I felt there wasn't any.

Country food done wrong. If you like leftovers maybe give this place a try because that is about as good as the food tastes.
