Poor business practices: I'd just like to let anyone who happens to search for this listing know about my experience with this business. I have been a customer of theirs for about 2-3 years. I have been taking my work shirts to them to have them cleaned, not because I have to, but as a convenience. Well, that stops now. Over the past 2-3 years, when I would pick up my shirts after having them cleaned, I have been paying $1.54 per shirt. Now, all of a sudden, I am paying twice that at over $3.00 per shirt. I have kept my dry cleaning receipts for tax purposes and have shown them the receipts as proof of what I have been paying. What was their excuse for the increase? They said, "You have been charged to wrong price." This is bull. I can understand being charged the wrong price on a few occasions when I first started taking my shirts there; but being charged the wrong price for 2-3 years. Ignorance is the only thing to blame for that. They can't even be good enough to charge me the same price, since that is what I have been paying all this time. Heck, I would even pay a little extra, but I'm not going to pay twice what I have been paying. I can even understand inflation and their overhead increasing, but they're not blaming it on that, nor, with inflation, would it even double the cost. On the flip side, there is an afternoon clerk and an older gentleman who have always been friendly. The morning clerk isn't as friendly; she's not mean, but not as outgoing, either. I wish I weren't having to write this review, but they seem unwilling to compromise. I guess I will find another dry cleaner to go to, or I will just put my shirts in with the regular laundry. Either way, I won't be doing business with these people again.
