User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsmy family has been eating at Gary's since it opened many years ago. The BBQ is so lean and you cant find better BBQ anywhere. the waitress are sooo friendly. it's just a great family restaurant.

Can't Be Beat: I love BBQ and have eaten it around this great nation when and where possible. my only problem was being spoiled by the great taste of Gary's at such a young age, the other places really didn't stand a fair chance. It's great and I tell everyone about it!!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWonderful: Gary's BBQ is the best family resteraunt in Rowan County. Besides offering a variety of great foods at affordable prices, Gary's has the best service around. Everyone who works there, from the waitresses, to the kitchen staff, to Gary himself, are always smiling and trying to make sure you have an enjoyable meal at Gary's.

Ain't nooobody got better. I live in the mountains of NC but I was raised near Gary's. I can't find any (good) bbq near where I live. I still will drive the 100 miles to eat that best bbq.
