    This is real deal New York style pizza (take it from a New Yorker). Restaurant is immaculate, the pizza is delicious. Extremely generous with the toppings and portions. Their lunch special of 2 slices and a soda for $4.50 is just about the cheapest lunch you can get anywhere and it's really enough pizza for two people. Amazing service. Can't say enough good things about this place.

    I know I have gained 10 pounds since Sals opened. I haven't really cared for the pizza down here,always seemed to be a disapointment,same generic taste like one from the freezer but not Sals. The pizza is the best I have had in a long time outside a brick oven. The subs and calzones rock too,a little too much ricotta for me though. If your from up north or like thin,not crispy pizza, you have to see sal. Their menu stays on my fridge.

    They are not the biggest, most well known but Sal's is the best in my book. I just wish they were open on Sundays. I have been eating their subs and pizzas for over 20 years, back when they were in the Eastridge Mall
