Preferred Cleaners/Royal Cleaners ruined my expensive Pottery Barn comforter set, valued at $450. They totally faded it and would not accept responsibility and would not settle with me... they only offered to reimburse the $72 I paid them to clean it. They totally ignored my complaint. We have taken them to the Better Business Bureau and Angies list for resolution. They didn't even reply... until they got a FINAL NOTICE and then made up stuff about it being old and heavily used.. which is not true, it went in beautiful and came back totally faded.
