Mc Kenney Salinas Mitsubishi

I had a really great experience at McKinney Salinas Honda in Gastonia
when I purchased my 2007 Honda Pilot back in August of 2007. I live in
Charlotte and was planning on purchasing from a dealer closer by.
However, when I began to do all of my research I was made aware of
internet purchasing and price quotes, so I visited all of the Honda
dealer's websites in the area and started submitted price quotes.
Initially, everyone responded really fast and seemed to be very pushy
and I still got that "car salesman" feel, I'm sure you know what I'm
talking about. My email was responded to in a very professional manner
followed by a very friendly phone call from the internet sales manager
who verified the car, color and other specifications that I listed,
i.e. 2WD, DVD, leather, etc. THey then asked if there was anything else
that they could do for me and I told them I wanted the best and lowest
quote that they could give. She said, no problem and checked with her
sales manager and was back with me in 10 minutes. After a few days of
gathering quotes from other dealers and needing more time to think
about the largest purchase of my life!!- not one other dealership had
called to follow-up with me after the initial quote or conversation!!!
It was like they didn't care and had bigger and better things to move
on too! However, the internet sales manager at McKinney Salinas Honda
(I forget her name), had called me about every other day to check in
with me. And it wasn't pushy at all, she just wanted to know where I
was with the process and if there was any other questions that I could
answer for me, etc. So in the end, I figured, I'm going to give my
business to the person who worked hardest for it and who actually CARED
about earning my business. I feel like a lot of the bigger dealerships
in Charlotte just move on to the next customer and loose a lot of
customer satisfaction. They were really easy to work with and the sales manager and finance manager were great as well. It worked out even better because they were able to beat my lowest price quote! I would highly recommend anyone who's in the market for a new Honda to McKenney Salinas Honda.
