    Our purchasing experience went well.

    The complex is clean, easy to navigate and personally I found the staff to be quick and friendly.

    You are there to buy cars not make friends; I personally am not concerned with over the top friendliness. I want a good price for a vehicle and the willingness to negotiate side items.
    Parks did just that.
    Parks pulled out paperwork to show me the original purchase price and was VERY loose with the information they shared.

    We visited several of the dealers in the H'ville area and we are glad we settled on Parks.

    Excellent Service, Friendly Staff Christy R Should: .....get a medal for going above and beyond - when I buy a new car I will go through her first ;) Perhaps the salesman will be professional then :)

    New to the area my wife decided to have her Chevrolet given a check up as it had been transported from California.

    David picked my wife up then myself and was very welcoming and friendly.

    Christy sp?? was very pleasant and my wife was very complimentary about the service.

    Pretty special team - next we need a new car.

    ****** So in June 2007 I go back to buy a truck - CASH! Could I buy one - NO.

    I seemed to have been the brunt of some in house joke about not selling cars until after 5pm.

    I told the guys I was in "buy mode" and they seemed to be in 'unhelpful mode" suggesting I search the Internet at their "other location"...

    So I bought a truck - elsewhere......
