Tony's Ice Cream Company

Company Information: Gastonia's answer to Ben and Jerry, this Gaston tradition began in the 1920's as a push cart business and remains as one of the landmarks of Gaston County. Basic fast food such as hotdogs and hamburgers are served but they are known for their huge portions of homemade-on-the-spot ice cream and three-flavor banana splits.

   The peanut butter parfait is the absolute best ice cream in existence.I remember my grandfather bringing a gallon of it to me after my tonsillectomy.

   This has got to be one of the best ice cream parlors ever; I can rember them from the early 60's and am glad to see them still in business
