User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBeen going for 15 years,never a single complaint!!They have the best BBQ in the state!!The service is freat as well!I admit,there are some times when the wait is pretty long,but the food is alway's at the table quickly (I've personally never waited more than 5 minutes after ordering).Would reccomend to anyone!!
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsGreat reputation and tradition, but in my opinion not matched by the reality. Very limited menu, a little pricey for simple food and often crowded. Try the Barbeque Shack or Flying Pig for an alternative, or make the trip to Asheville and visit the Barbeque Inn.

Unfortunately the Barbeque Shack is no more; while Bridges continues to pack 'em in. Nothing wrong with that but our choices are diminished.
Bridges is one of the best I ve tried in 50 years out west included but since Shelby has turned their back on the Grandady of em all (Shelby Hamfest) all us hams will have to do without sorry guys dont understand why they dont need our money ????GodBless Frank
