I purchased a used 2008 SUV and also bought a pack of lies. Before we ever left the dealership after settling the financial side of things, was told "We should have your $250 Wal-Mart gift card by the time your check clears". Second lie, "We'll take you car back, clean it up and put some gas in it too". I left the dealership and went straight to Wilco and put 20+ gal in a 21 or 22 gal tank. First trip back to the dealer another lie "The gift cards haven't come in yet, come in tomorrow at 12:15 and we should have it". Next trip to the dealer and while I'm waiting for my $250 gift card, "The salesman is at Wal-Mart picking up your gift card now, he should be back any time now". Had to leave to go back to work. Next trip to the dealer "We mailed you a check for $250". There never was a gift card. I also believe the people saying what a great dealership this is, currently work there and post "Good" reviews after reading the "Bad" reviews. We had a great salesman, but his support is terrible. The Aggravation is not worth the savings. Last year had a great experience with Tim Marburger in Concord.
TEAM CHEVROLET OF SALISBURY. I WAS LOOKING AT A USED CAR THUR AND STRUCK A DEAL WITH THE SALESMAN AND HIS BOSS. THEY AGREED TO A PRICE. THAT WE WERE BOTH SATISFIED WITH. SHOOK HANDS ON IT COME BACK THE NEXT DAY WITH THE CHECK IN MY HAND, NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN THE PRICE JUMPED UP 700.00 DOLLARS. WHAT POOR SALESMEN SHIP. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN. A MAN WORD IS HIS WORD. LIAR.
I WORKED AT THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ABOUT 7 MONTHS THEY TREATED ME LIKE FAMILY I DONT KNOW WHAT THE BIG DEAL IS PEOPLE COMING INTO THE DEALERSHIP WITH 400 BEACON SCORES NOBODY IS GOING TO APPROVE YOU WITH THE CONDITION THE ECONOMY IS IN DONT BLAME THE DEALERSHIP IF THEY CANT FIND A BANK TO ACCOMODATE YOUR LOW CREDIT SCORE IF THE BANKS SEE YOU AS A RISK THEY SEE YOU AS A RISK NOTHING THE DEALERSHIP CAN DO I HAVE ALOT OF RESPECT AND LOVE FOR TEAM CHEVROLET/CADILLAC AS I KNOW THAT WHOLE FAMILY TO BE NICE PEOPLE AND I BOUGHT MY 2008 COLORADO FROM THERE SO I AM A CUSTOMER AS WELL :)
