    I called lowes in Shelby today and spoke with Ronnie in the tile department.He was very knowledgeable.He gave me prices for everything I will need and explained the whole process thoroughly.I am choosing Lowes over home depot because the installation charges are less,the tile selection and prices are better,and because the customer service is much better at Lowes.Thanks Ronnie I will come in the store to purchase my tile and set up the detailing shortly.

    unhelpful: We have visited Lowe's in Winston Salem twice in the last two weeks and found the employees to be very unhelpful. They did not want to answer our questions or help us in anyway. The employees are in dire need of customer relations training.
