Wonderful Instruction!: Wonderful teachers! Friendly! Does not waste time with useless, hones it down to functional self defense. ANYONE can benefit here, young or old! Master Condrey is a cancer survivor and constantly researches health improvement for all who want to learn. Learn how to become trim, attractive and defend yourself!
