French Quarter means New Orleans. It does not mean France, French Food etc. It means New Orleans, The French Quarter, Cajun, etc. I have not been to this restaurant, but a place named French Quarter I think spicy New Orleans food. I am from Louisiana and I know New Orleans and I know the French Quarter. I will have to go and see if Charlotte can do New Orleans. I doubt that!
