User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsGreat new facility, love the TV's, etc. but now even more crowded! Still can't get around the drive-through in the evenings. Last visit they got my order wrong twice. Never got an apology for the first error, never went back after the second.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsDQ - Shelby NC: The old DQ was torn down and a new DQ built at the same location. Milton and his crew rewrote the book on customer service. A very clean establishment, fast and friendly service, food quality has always been excellent.
If you didn't like the "old" DQ - your going to love the "new" DQ.
