User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThey locked the keys in my car and messed up the lock with a slim jim. After taking it back 2 times for them to fix it, I was made to pay $90 for a whole new lock. The first 2 times they "fixed it" by rigging it to work. When they couldn't rig it anymore, I was made to pay for their mistake.
Be very careful when you deal with these people. My dad got a raw deal with the lock on his car too. Another friend of mine was in there this past weekend (without me knowing) and has been hounded by the manager. He has been RUDE to her in person and on the phone. She has asked him not to call her and he continued.
I won't buy another car from them or send anyone to them.
