User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsit had been months since i was at phat burrito- dropped in last evening(friday)6:30ish,3 other people in entire place: SO much that was great about this joint has declined! greasy floors, dirty tables in & out, LANGUID staff, crusty salsa bins and trash strewn patio- it was BAAAADDDD.not trashed like after a busy busy rush- more like who gives a crap. prices have changed and go from "fair" to ridiculous (2 bucks for 1.5 oz teensy cup of DRY, plain RICE?!)one would think that all the awards they've won over the years would cause them to want to keep higher standards. hate to see an independent eatery that used to be the best in the city drop to such a sad state- food that used to be STELLAR in now merely OK- won't be going back unless there are major changes in the slackness

Steak Burrito w/ black beans, sour cream and gauc. Awesome.
An atmosphere the chains beg to copy.
