    PF Chang's is absolutely phenomenal! If there's a line... it's definately worth the wait! My favorite is the Hot Fish dish - with a light black bean sauce (slightly spicy). I have cravings for it! The staff are great - very friendly. This restaurant is awesome and a MUST try.

    I havn't been to this one, but I've been to the one by Northlake Mall, and that one is great. I heard that this PF Changs caught on fire. I hope everything is okay over there.

    I have gone twice to this Charlotte PF Chang's restaurant and have had a sensational experience. It is unlike those traditional chinese restaurants where the food is either from a buffet or the waitress or waiter doesn't get to know you at all. Moreover, if you can afford to cut back every now and again, you should try out PF Chang's in the Charlotte region. Some foods are a bit spicy, but nothing that you can't handle IMO. They do have non-spicy food too in case you can't handle the spicy delicious meals. :-)
