User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI went to see the mayweather fight on 9/19/2009 and the service was terrible. I will never go to this bias club again. They charge 10 to park 10 to get in 10 for nachos or wings 10 for drinks. They took up all the chairs so there was no seating only standing room. Who wants to stand for 3hrs to watch a fight? Doubled prices on the cheat homemade sheet of paper menus they made up not jillians original menus? I order a 8 piece boneless wings and got 4 small chicken tenders. Did not recieved what I ordered. It took 1 hr 45mins. for service 1hr 30mins to get food. TV's small old with reddish tint. Staff not friendly unprofessional. Was set up to milk minorities!!!0 stars
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsBad Management: They discriminate when it comes to guests, sometimes adding a 15% gratuity if they think you wont tip. The servers must be young and model sleek if not they encourage you to quit. It takes at least 45 minutes to get your food and then it's not what you ordered.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGreat place to hang out!: Jillian's is a great place to hang out with friends, Downtown and at Concord Mills. You can eat, drink, bowl, play games, and then go the club "The Shack" for the rest of the night and get your groove on. I will visit Jillian's in the future, for sure.
