About:Placed in front of the Park Road Shopping Centre, Amos' Southend attracts the young and single crowd of Charlotte to its wild dancing space and impressive bar. Local bands perform live at this venue almost every night. If you can't withstand all the smoke and noise, move towards the cozy balcony on the second floor, make yourself comfortable on one of the overstuffed sofas and sip on your favorite drink. Service is quick and friendly, but you might have to scream to make yourself heard.

    recedntly heard that Amos' hosted a reggae singer that has very violent songs and advocates for killing gay people. They seemd very proud of having this guy perform. Won't ever go back there.

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

    Great Place in Charlotte to hear live local and national bands. HUGE Stage and awesome sound. The bands actually hang out in the bar after the show! Cheap Cold Beer and Sexy Staff.
    Been there to see several shows and never disappointed.
    I couldn't believe how clean the place was compared to other venues in CLT.
    06/02/2007 is a wimp. The crowd is not as wild as written. The Real Moshers don't push people back down, You Help them up!
