User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsOh lala!!!!: This has to be one of the best restuarants I have ever had the pleasure of eating at in Charlotte! The food reminds one that you should slowly savor every taste and texture a meal has to offer your palate. The ambiance and service are second to none with a staff that knows and projects a sense of pride in discribing/serving for/to you this most excellent meal.

Start your evening with a half glass, glass, or bottle of wine. Enjoy a selection that is fairly priced and top notch. The appetizers are exotic and incredible! The best on the menu is by far the wood fired octopus, but the calamari fritti is a very close second. Salads are another specialty they excel in- try the Grapes and Fennel with the champagne vinaigrette!
If you want pizza, they cook theirs in a wood burning oven with delectable items such as granny smith apples, leeks, goat cheese and prosciutto ham on a crispy light crust. I promise this is one of the best pizzas in Charlotte! But don't expect a New York Style pie. These are delicate and hugely flavorful! Not loaded with a bunch of sauce. (Although their sauce is outstanding!!) The mix of flavors is a surprise at first- expecting a powerful taste of tomatoes. The entire menu has little secrets that will delight the palate in many, many ways!
Finally, the one thing that sets Ilios Noche above the rest its their service.
They have a staff that knows their menu.
They have a staff that will be attentive, but not aggressive.
They have a staff that will suggest items on and off the menu that will be spot on and designed to please even the pickiest eater.
Run dont walk to Ilios Noche!
