About:Cajun Yard Dog serves up some simple yet delectable French and Spanish delicacies that are quite easy on the pocket. Chef Chris and Sue Edwards, the husband and wife duo, opened this restaurant after the success of their more upscale jointDakotas. They kept the menu somewhat similar, but added some simple Creole and Cajun dishes to the list. Some popular offerings include Shrimp Creole, Southern Smothered Cabbage, Crispy Fried Okra and Chunky Mashed Potatoes. Weekends are even more special, as the place livens up with some great music and entertainment.

    This is by far some of the best food I've eaten since moving down here. Their chicken cordon blue is simply A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! Mac-n-cheese for a side, yummy!!! My coworkers and I go about once a month for lunch. The waitor, Jason, is extremely nice!!! Keep up the wonderful job!!!!

    Small Space with Big Taste: Food was wonderful. Had a lot of variety. Not too spicy (although could have been bit more so). Prices pretty reasonable. Lot of good food packed into small space. Atmostphere good.
