I bought a used car from them and they TOLD me it was never wrecekd and all oringinal body parts. Well after of about 5 months of having the car and numerous small things go wrong with it I find out the car as been repainted before I bought it. Carfax was always clean. I am assuming it has been wrecked and the person had it fixed themselves so it wouldnt affect their lease buy back. I took it to BMW they had it for over a month. After I called and complained they told me they where replacing my bumber skin (without ever calling to tell me) because the paint would not match up otherwise but not to worry this will not affect my cars value. Well guess what it does!!!! I would not rec going here if you want someone to be honest with you.

I brought my car to Hendrick BMW with high hopes. But within minutes, the careless idiots had an accident with my car in their parking lot. They offered to "fix" it, but refused to let me have it fixed in a body shop, instead forcing me to have it done in their own shop (which does NOT have a body shop). Because of this, the paint color doesn't match. Beyond that, the bumper cover and the front fender isn't aligned, and the right headlamp cover has a ton of dust under it (because they had to remove it).

As icing on the cake, they have repeatedly tried to discredit and insult me, by calling me a liar, claiming the damage was preexisting, and so on. They have an employee who trolls BMW forums for just that purpose.

Oh, of course they'll claim they bent over backwards to make it right. As if I have any desire to go back to a place I've been fighting with over this issue. "Oh, sure; we've been exchanging angry calls and messages--why don't I stop right in and say hello?"

If my car broke down right in front of their store, I'd either have it towed somewhere else, or simply abandon it, rather than let them touch it again.

First things first the sales staff stinks cam was probably the wost salesperson I ever met!!! Bar none! Will not return calls and has no person skills(wonder how he got his job) relatives probably! I will buy in SC next week!
