    They don't seem very motivated to install trailer hitches. I called six weeks ago for a hitch for my SUV, but they didn't have one in stock. They said they would order it and it would be available in about a week. After two weeks I called back only to find out they never ordered the hitch. Reordered. After not getting a call back I called a couple weeks later only to talk to another person that was unaware that there was ever an order placed. I got the usual excuse that there sales person was sick or on vacation. But the new sales person promised to re-order. Well you guessed it, after another two weeks, still no hitch.

    I never would have gone through all this if they were not the only hidden hitch dealer in the area. Hidden hitch makes a good product but unfortunately they don't screen their dealers very well.

    Best to avoid.
