| About: | When our first Golden Corral restaurant opened in Fayetteville, NC back in 1973, a fledgling Golden Corral Corporation took a confident first step into the restaurant business. From day one, we established the tradition of friendly service, great value and fresh, tasty food. Golden Corral family-style restaurants specialize in the biggest and best buffet available anywhere. Our famous Golden Choice Buffet contains an array of hot meat options, as well as pasta, pizza, fresh vegetable choices, and a selection of carved meats at dinner and on Sundays. We offer tempting baked goods from The Brass Bell Bakery, our famous in-house bakery. Piping hot yeast rolls, muffins, yummy cookies and brownies are baked fresh every fifteen minutes! User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsGood one day and Bad another day: Sometimes the Golden Corral has excellent, plentiful food and good service.. However, on my last visit, several buffet food containers were empty when we went in and the empty containers were still there when we left. All the fixings for hamburgers-pretty red tomatoe slices, green leafy lettuce, onions, etc. --were at the meat grill section. However, the hamburger container was empty. We asked the cook at the grill for a hamburger. Despite an hour's wait and repeated requests for a hamburger we never got a hamburger. I contacted Golden Corral about our experience via their website which states your comments and suggestions are welcomed. The only response I received was an auto reply that my message had been received. I think that is poor customer service at the local and Corporate level.
