    I like the setting of this small cafe', something you could encounter in Europe. The cakes and broetchen are very good, they are made by an European baker and therefore do not contain so much sugar unlike all the american desserts I have encountered. They have a great offer of main dishes but the quality is not that great. The rouladen were hard and the red cabbage is too mushy. For the price the portions are not very big.It feels a little bit canned.There is another German restaurant nearby that really offers great portions for the size. However, for a nice breakfast and the cake I would continue to go to Max& Moritz.

    I go to the Max and Moritz for a quick lunch to go sometimes. The hame and cheese is always wonderful and quick.

    A perfect place- great people, great food! My husband and I went there for lunch once and the food was absolutely to die for. We went because it had good reviews on Yahoo and they were right!
