Too often I come across employees and cashiers who don't like to greet customers, even when I greet them first. Is like pulling teeth!! They need to learn how to be friendly and leave their problems at home (if any).

2 weeks ago I called and asked for someone in the baby section and the phone in that dept just rang with no answer for at least 20 rings. Today I call and asked to speak to someone in the hardware section, same thing, the phone rang at least 20 times with no answer. I guess customer service has gone to the dogs at Wal-Mart.

Lady If any problems you must be joking. The employees at Wal-Mart must be living the good life making $6.75 an hour. Have you ever worked customer service? If you have I bet you didnât always greet every customer the same. It might just be your attitude. I donât work for Wal-Mart but Iâve always been treated with respect when I shop there.
