User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI like their food, but think their service has a lot of room for improvement. I had ordered some food to be delivered to us, I asked them to bring some sauce for some of our food. I even called them back to make sure they got the sauce. Well, when the driver got to us he did not bring the sauce. I went back inside and called the pizzeria to ask for the sauce. I was told that as soon as the driver returned they'd send him back out with the sauce. So we waited, and waited, and waited. Finally about 30 minutes later I called again and was told that the sauce what's on its way to us. So....we waited some more. Finally we got tired of waiting and put our food away.....we do not like it without the sauce. An hour after I had called the last time I called again to ask about the sauce. I was told that they were very busy and could not get it out to me that there were other deliveries they had to do first. By this time it had been about 2 hours since we had our food delivered. So, beware...after they have your money they will not care about you or your food. All they care if about the new orders and forget about the other ones. We Will Never do business with them again...and I WILL make sure I tell everyone I know about their poor customer service.
