Now known as Southeast Farm Equipment.

Took my rider in for free break-in service and 2 warranty items. Was told they would call me when it was done. No call back so I called the next day and they said it would be 2 weeks. Contacted Deere corporate and they had it rushed. The Deere corp. office called me to let me know it was ready and they said the local dealership should call me within the hour. Still no return call from the dealership.

When I picked it up, only the break-in service was done and they charged me for that. The warranty items were not touched even though they were listed on the repair invoice. Finally got my $ back from the break-in service after several days and another visit to the dealership.

Now that they messed up and didn't do everything the first time, they want me to "drop it off" again. All I get with repeated calls to the dealership is more run-around when it comes to items that are under warranty.
