The service people and sales staff is very helpful and made sure I received the true BMW experience. I was not pressured to buy and after a week of test driving a variety of cars we found the one for me. I have not had issues with the car and when I do go in for maintenance items I always have a great experience there.
Don't get your BMW at this place fixed! We had nothing but problems since we decided to bring our Car to this place. The staff is very friendly but their repair service is terrible! The list is honestly too long to expain all the complaints. I have talked to other people in this town and they had the same experience.
It is sad to know after purchasing a second vehicle from Valley BMW I am faced with a lot of the same problems I endured the first time I purchased a vehicle with them. The night I took delivery of my vehicle I notice items on the vehicle that were in need of repair, Faded chrome window trimming with scratches and spots, a dark yellowish film with cracks in the headlights and last a deep scratch on the front bumper, After bringing these items to the attention of my Salesman I was assured that there would be no problem with repairing these items, I was told to bring the car back the following week, and the body technician would be available to fix my repairs, After returning back to Valley BMW to pick-up my vehicle only one of three repairs were completed. I ask my salesmen why weren't the remaining repairs done and he replied...Oh!! He couldn't do anything about those. My husband called in to speak to management concerning the repairs, He couldn't understand why the items on the vehicle could not be repaired/replaced or why no one would at least give a referral to someone who could do the repairs. Valley BMW responded the next day with a estimate of parts and labor which calculated up to $1000.00 not including the damage headlights. I simply could not understand how after having this vehicle for 3 days my husband and I was stuck with a $1000 repair bill for something I pointed out to my Salesman on the day of delivery and was told the body technician Valley BMW uses for these repairs would take care of it. The trust I put in Valley to take care of my concerns was destroyed. I have been to 4 different detail/body shops in Fay. NC including the one Valley BMW referred me to and no one can repair these items, they all told me this is something that should be covered under warranty They also informed me that this should not be happening to this vehicle so soon, I understand when a customer purchases a used vehicle there will be some wear and tear, but this is ridiculous, I can't find anyone to repair these items, It is not fair to my husband and I who has purchased a vehicle that is new to us. A BMW is suppose to be a quality vehicle, I guess that excludes the exterior parts.....Buyer beaware!!!!

I would agree that the staff is very plesant, but the repair service is very teribble. I took my bmw there the first time I had trouble with it would not start they claim to have fixed the problem the first time charge me a for seivice and parts. The same thing happen in about a few weeks and let them look at it again they could'nt find nothing wrong with it so the charge me again for service. The third time the same thing accured it wouldn't start so I had to have it towed again to them and stated that the same thing is happening, the stated that I needed a fuel pump wich cost $750.00,then it still wouldn't start, then they said that the battery was the problem spent a $100.00, then they stated that my after market radio had somthing to do with it not starting but they had to take it to best buy for them to take it out they charge me $141.00,and that wasn't the problem then they said it was a modular that cost $575.00 and $700.00 in Labor. I have my car now I'm scare to drive it far because it might not START. I WOULD NEVER TAKE MY CAR TO THEM EVER AGAIN!
