User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis place is overated. One time when I went with my kids I ordered a BBQ chicken sandwich. It was supposed to be boneless and when I bit into there was a bone. I lifted up the bun to check it and found a dead fly. How gross I will never eat there again

Very good for a chain. Atmosphere is pleasant and food is generally good. Had a problem with cold food once but the manager was VERY accommodating and fixed the problem quickly. Since there are no good "rib joints" locally this makes an acceptable substitute.

Very good place to eat for the family. Not only do they have kids eat free nights on Tuesday, but they also have all you can eat ribs on Monday nights, which does great for my family who just loves some ribs. The last time I went, the service was splendid, the manager was on top of things by checking on each table to make sure that their meals were wonderful. I go here at least twice a month as my family just can't stand being away from the food.
